registered with Corporate Affairs Commission in October 23rd 2001 with registration number
RC: 431, 377.
The company started operation in February 2002 initially in Oil & Gas.
Through its expansion and diversification policy, the company established Food & Cash Crop
as well as Manufacturers Representative Divisions. These divisions are operated by
experienced Division Heads as well as competent staff.
Henzini International is the brain-child of Mr. Zini Oghenevwayerhe, who have worked in
various capacities in a high profile oil and gas companies. Through his experience, he
established the company which attracted core investors and competent staff.
Our company as a group maintains a staff strength of 16 comprising highly skilled and
professional manpower in various fields. Efficiency and Result-Oriented is our watch-word
